We are required to use the bankruptcy “special notice addresses" that creditors have on file with the bankruptcy court. BLAF downloads your tri-merged credit report (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) and imports your creditors directly into our bankruptcy preparation software using the designated creditor addresses. You are responsible for paying the fee for the credit report.

Select Individual if you are not married. ($45 plus bank processing fee).
Select Married if you are married, even if you are filing an individual bankruptcy case, because all creditors of the marriage must still be listed. ($90 plus bank processing fee).
